POWER Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iPhone application "POWER" (the "App") provided by YOTATIS MANGNIMIT (the "Provider"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a strength-training log that records your workouts and displays levels, titles and analyses derived from those records. Your records and profile are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to the Provider's servers.

2. Fees and Subscriptions

The App is free to use. Some features require an auto-renewable subscription (Challenge / Premium / Pro / MAX) or watching a rewarded video.
Prices are those shown on the App Store, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The Provider cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple under Apple's policies. The Provider cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Violating any law or public order
Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the App
Accessing paid features by improper means
Infringing the rights of the Provider or any third party
Interfering with the operation of the App

4. Disclaimers

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calories burned, estimated 1RM, strength scores and BMI are estimates calculated from the values you enter, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
You train at your own risk and discretion. The Provider is not liable for injury, illness or other harm. Consult a physician before training if you have a medical condition or any concern about your health.
Because your data is stored on your device, it may be lost if the device fails or is lost, if the App is deleted, or through OS updates. The Provider is not liable for such loss. We recommend backing up regularly with the "Export data" feature in Settings.
The Provider does not warrant that the App fits any particular purpose or will operate without defects.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App, including its programs, design, text and images, belong to the Provider or the respective rights holders. Workout records you create in the App belong to you.

6. Changes, Suspension and Termination

The Provider may change, suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice and is not liable for damages arising from such action. Material changes to paid features will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Provider may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Provider's address as the court of first instance.
